A useful tool called AIST app is presented to analyze various types of mass spectral or chromatogram data by informatics techniques without any knowledge of program coding. AIST app is designed to calculate informatics techniques including residual Kendric mass defect, principal component analysis, two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy by using user-friendly interface. One thus becomes possible to derive key information underlying mass spectral or chromatogram data in a very straightforward operation.
