Detection of Gold Nanorods Adsorbed in Mucous Membrane of a Zebrafish

Gold nanoparticles were adsorption in the mucous membrane of zebrafishes. Mass spectrometry was successfully revealed the adsorption of gold nanoparticles at 7 days after the swim. It was found that the gold nanoparticles could be a mass-probe in a living body of a fish.
