4D-Omics to Chromatography-Free Analysis: an Introduction of Bruker MS Solutions
(Bruker)
Taiga Arai, oToshiji Kudo, Takashi Nirasawa
timsTOF, Trapped Ion Mobility Spectrometry (TIMS) device-equipped QTOF mass spectrometer, enables us to perform 4D-Omics (Proteomics and Multiomics) analysis, based on addition of CCS value as new axis to retention time, m/z, and MS/MS patterns. In addition, a new triple quad MS instrument with a fully integrated DART ion source is now available. The simple, robust, and cost-effective analysis can be performed with a chromatography-free workflow based on DART. In this seminar, we will introduce innovative solutions provided by Bruker’s cutting-edge instruments and software covering various fields from 4D-Omics to chromatography-free analysis.
