In the field of quality control of biopharmaceuticals such as monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and viral vectors, accurate and high-throughput analyses of chemical modification and protein degradation are important. We have been developing a high-resolution multi-turn TOF-MS system for analyses of biopharmaceuticals. In this study, we have developed new noise reduction and charge deconvolution methods for precise analysis with the multi-turn TOF-MS system.
