The workshop, hosted by the Ion-Molecule Reaction Interest Group of The Mass Spectrometry Society in Japan, was organized to provide a place where scientists having different backgrounds meet, exchange opinions, and get inspiration. Mass spectrometry has been the one of key analytical techniques used in many scientific fields from monitoring space substances to understanding biological systems. Owing to its outstanding sensitivity, isotope-separation power, and specificity, Mass Spectrometry has been the key tool for opening the new area of scientific frontiers.
In the conference, we have invited young scientist who have been actively working to unveil the origin of life from different angles. We hope your participation will benefit your research and the field.
