物理化学的スクリーニングにおけるHDX-MSを用いた低分子-タンパク質間相互作用解析
The development of small-molecule ligands is often stalled in the early stages of development, such as the identification and preparation of target molecules and the establishment of discovery techniques, due to the difficulty and diversification of target molecules in recent years. In many cases, conventional search technologies cannot be applied. Therefore, it is highly desirable to develop and propose new search technologies by introducing methods that can accurately understand the physical properties of biomolecules and precisely analyze their functions and interactions. In this study, we are attempting to obtain novel small-molecule ligands for challenging target molecules by utilizing physicochemical analysis methods in screening and validation and quantitatively analyzing the "quality" of the interaction without being limited by binding affinity. In this presentation, we will discuss the validation of small molecule ligands using HDX-MS in mass spectrometry.
