核酸代謝経路の同位体非定常15N代謝フラックス解析法の構築
Isotopically nonstationary 15N-meatabolic flux analysis (INST 15N-MFA) using mass spectrometry was developed for investigating nucleotide metabolic flux distribution in colon cancer cell lines. Time-course data of cell numbers, medium components and 15N-labeling kinetics of the intracellular metabolites successfully estimated the nitrogen flux through amino acid and nucleotide metabolism.
