New Peptaibols Isolated from a Fungus Trichoderma sp. RK10-F026 as Culture Condition Depending Metabolites

New 20-mer and 11-mer peptaibols were isolated from different culture conditions of a fungus, Trichoderma sp. RK10-F026, respectively, as culture condition depending metabolites by the screening of chemical properties using LC/MS and biological activities against cancer cell lines. Their structures were elucidated based on NMR, HR-MS, and MS/MS analysis. The absolute structures were confirmed by Marfey’s method. We report herein the isolation, structure, and biological activity of the new peptaibols.
