Multi-omics driven approach explores the evolution of specialized metabolites in plants

Here, I will present my recently published article, "Chromosome-level genome assembly of Ophiorrhiza pumila reveals the evolution of camptothecin biosynthesis". In this study, we used genomics,transcriptomics and metabolomics appraoches to explore evolution and biosynthesis of monoterpene indole alkaloids biosynthesis in plants.
