End-group analysis of PerFluoroPolyEther used as lubricant of hard disks

The end-group analysis of lubricant applied on hard disk medium surface with monolayer level thickness will be presented. Despite of low amount of the target analyte, results were acquired with enough quality for end-group analysis due to high sensitivity of MALDI-TOF MS.
