Liquid Chromatography – Tandem Mass Spectrometry-based Characterization of Long, Modified Ribonucleic Acids
An analytical platform consisting of nano-flow liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry and informatics system has been developed for characterizing post-transcriptionally modified cellular RNAs in femtomole amounts. The platform is updated to enable the characterization of chemical structures of therapeutic nucleic acids. In this talk, applications of the platform to the analysis of long, modified RNAs including 5'-capped ones will be presented.
