The ionization method called MALDI has the feature that "mass information" and "position information" can be acquired at the same time. By combining this with an ionization method that does not use a matrix represented by DIUTHAME, it is expected that a new natural product chemistry that can be called "micro natural product chemistry" can be developed. Based on this concept, we attempted to visualize the distribution of compounds contained in a single butterfly wing.
