We extended the method for measuring the intracellular concentration of metabolites using LC-MS/MS. In order to expand the target compounds of the reverse labeling method, we attempted to use the LC-MS method with a PFPP column. As a result, we could measure the concentrations of 71 intracellular metabolites out of 91 metabolites that we attempted to analyze. In addition to the glycolytic system, pentose phosphate pathway, and TCA circuit intermediates, the concentrations of amino acids and 32 nucleic acid-related substances were successfully determined.
