Human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs)-derived neural differentiated cells are expected to be applied to regenerative medicine. Effective quality control methods, especially biomarkers that can be used for the early stage of neural differentiation, are needed to achieve the regenerative medicine. In this study, we conducted LC/MS/MS with a data-independent acquisition (DIA) approach for comparative proteomics of hiPSCs and neural stem cells (NSCs) and found some marker candidates for the early stage of neural differentiation.
