Recently, needs for high-sensitivity and high mass resolving power analyses have been increasing in the field of biopharmaceuticals and life-sciences. We have been developing a novel multi-turn TOF MS, in which ions fly along 3D orbit and thereby it can achieve high resolving power due to long flight distance. We here present sensitivity improvement while keeping high resolving power over 100K on biomolecular analyses. The reduction of residual gas enables to achieve high transmission through the multi-turn long flight path.
