Dexamethasone (Dex) is used for the treatment of severe inflammatory and immune-mediated diseases such as COVID-19 infection. In order to understand the metabolic effects of Dex on different organs, whole-body Mass spectrometry Imaging (MSI) was applied into murine model with a useful bioinformatics tool.
