Since the odors and emanations released from human body change by physical or environmental factors and further psychological factors like stress load, chemical analysis of their components is attracting attention as an objective evaluation. In this study, we considered a comprehensive non-target analytical method for the determination of skin gas component using two-dimensional gas chromatography‑time of flight/mass spectrometry (GC‑TOF/MS). Skin gas after placed MonoTrap SG DCC18 to the Sole, armpit and the upper arm for 6 hours, then solvent extraction is performed by ultrasonic irradiation and then analyzed sensitively by GC-TOFMS. Using this method, we compared each Skin gas and the differences in more detail by work/non-workday and after using deodorant or disused.
