Registration
    Registration is located at the 1F of the Auditorium and will be open 8:30 - 17:00 throughout the conference.
Location
    Conference sessions are in the following locations :

    PLENARY SESSIONS are in the Auditorium.
    SYMPOSIUM SESSIONS are in the Auditorium.
    ORAL SESSIONS are in the Conference Room at 3F of Bldg. #1 (Oral Presentation 1) and in the B1 Hall of the University Club & Book Center (Oral Presentation 2).
    POSTERS are in the Display Hall, 2F of University Club & Book Center.
    EXHEIBITS are in the Exheibition Room, 2F of Auditorium.
Program
Oral Presentation
    Please note the location of your presentation. If your presentaion number includes "O1", you are requiested to speak in the Conference Room at 3F of Bldg #1. If your presentation number includes "O2", you are requested to speak in the B1 Hall of the University Club & Book Center.

    For a 20-minute time slot, plan to speak for 15 minutes.

    The room will be equipped for both OHP projection and computer projection.

    OHP PROJECTION

    You are requested to change the transparencies by yourself.

    COMPUTER DATA PROJECTION

    You must bring your own computer with a VGA (mini D-SUB 15pin) connector for computer data projection. A VGA cable is prepared for an interface for the LCD projector.

    You are also required to bring the AC power adaptor for your computer.

    Make sure to be present with your computer and the AC power adaptor at the location of your presentation at the beginning of the intermission before your session starts. A projection test will be held in the intermission.

    Please turn off sleep and screen saver of your computer before the projection test. The computer must be kept alive adapted the AC power adaptor throughout the session to aviod any trouble.

    You should plan on VGA (640x480), SVGA (800x600), or XGA (1024x768) format.
Poster Presentations
    Posters must be in place 9:00 - 10:30 on the day scheduled.
    The poster board size is 120cm wide by 150cm high.
    The first day posters should be removed 16:50 - 18:20, and the second day posters 19:20 - 19:50.
    Authors are expected to supply theirselves with pushpins and adhesive tapes to mount their posters.

    TWO MINUTES´ ORAL PRESENTATIONS JUST BEFORE POSTER PRESENTATION:
    Poster speakers are requested to make two-minute oral presentations with at most three transparencies for each speaker using an overhead projector.

    The first day: 13:30 - 14:10, oral presentations for 1-P-1 to 1-P-20 are in the Auditorium, oral presentations for 1-P-21 to 1-P-40 are in the Conference Room at 3F of Bldg. #1 (parallel session).
    The second day: 17:20 - 18:00, oral presentations for 2-P-1 to 2-P-20 are in the Auditorium, oral presentations for 2-P-21 to 2-P-40 are in the Conference Room at 3F of Bldg. #1 (parallel session).

    POSTER ATTENDANCE:
    The FIRST day: Authors must be present 14:10 - 15:30 on the day scheduled.
    The SECOND day: Authors must be present 18:00 - 19:20 on the day scheduled.

Corporate Exhibit Booths and Posters
    Corporate member exhibits and posters are located in the Room for EXHIBITS (Auditorium)
