We developed the semi-quant metabolomics workflow, which includes about 90 calibration curves for human plasma samples by GC/MS. In this study, we examined the possibility of semi-quantification screening using a calibration-curve-locking database (CCLD) for the concentration of hydrophilic metabolites in human plasma, NIST SRM1950, without requiring calibration curve as compared to 2019 and 2021 data sets. As a result of these examinations, the workflow and semi-quantification we developed using CCLD methods suggest to be effective in metabolomics for human plasma samples.
