非導電性材料の金属薄膜SALDI/質量分析イメージングのための金属薄膜の最適な表面形状の評価
Surface-assisted laser desorption/ionization (SALDI) mass spectrometry with metal film as ionization materials is a useful technique for analysis of non-conductive materials that are difficult to analyze using matrix-assisted desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (MALDI/MS) with time-of-flight mass spectrometer because of a charge-up effect. In the SALDI/MS with metal film, ion yields are dependent on the thickness, density and shapes of metal particles forming the film. In this study, we evaluated the surface structure of metal film for the SALDI/MS.
