原子/分子-イオン反応を用いたラジカル誘起解離法の開発と有機構造解析への応用
Radical-induced dissociation is initiated by the formation of radical intermediates on the target ion, in contrast to low-energy collision-induced dissociation of closed-shell ions such as protonated molecule [M + H]+. We have developed a novel radical-induced dissociation utilizing atom/molecule-ion reaction with atomic hydrogen and atomic oxygen/hydroxyl radicals as radical sources. Hydrogen and oxygen radical irradiation methods were useful for post-translational modification analysis and lipid analysis, respectively. In this lecture, we introduce the hardware development and application research related to our developed method.
