究極のイオンモビリティ機能:SELECT SERIES Cyclic IMSのデモンストレーションとアプリケーション事例

Cyclic IMS is a unique technology in which Waters' cyclic mobility cell is installed in the instrument to circulate the target ions and separate the analytes based on the difference in mobility caused by the molecular structure. By rotating the cyclic mobility cell multiple times, it is possible to separate isomers and isotopes more effectively by securing the migration distance for separation. This mobility technology further improves the ability to separate and identify sugars, lipids, and drug metabolites. In addition to its own cyclic mobility cell, it also uses an extended Tof with a W-mode flight path and has high performance with a maximum resolution of 100,000 FWHM and a mass accuracy of 500 ppb>. In this luncheon seminar, we will introduce our Cyclic IMS and demonstrate analysis data with videos from our laboratory.
