高感度 APGC イオン化法を活用した食品残留農薬分析における前処理の効率化
The highly sensitive APGC ionization method with nitrogen as a carrier gas was applied to the analysis of pesticide residues in food. The high sensitivity made it possible to avoid the concentration step of sample preparation, and also reduced the sample load to the instrument. Furthermore, this method provided better results in accuracy and trueness for a larger number of compounds than the conventional method.
